How do I set up my Buyer Requirements?

Your personal Buyer Requirements are your way of stopping certain eBay users from bidding on or buying your items. Careful use of these can prevent many problems before they even start. You can block buyers without a PayPal account, you can block buyers who have a history of not paying, you can stop people buying your items if they live in a country you don't post to, and other controls.

Where to find it - click the link above, or go to the eBay Site Map then under Selling Activities/Manage Bidders, choose 'Set Up My Buyer Requirements Preferences'. From that page you can also choose to exempt an eBay user from your buyer requirements if you want to. You can view a log of anyone that has been blocked by your settings in your Buyer Requirements Activity Log
